POPULAR MARKETS:

  • Kad Kong Ta Street Market: Also known as the Saturday night walking street, this is Lampang’s main market. Busy and popular for clothing.

  • Ratsada Market: Located on Ratsada Road, the most active morning market in the province. Also called Kat Hua Khua (“market at the foot of the bridge”).

  • Lampang Railway Station Morning Market: A large morning market selling food, vegetables, fruits, and clothing.

  • Tunguen Market: A traditional local market famous for Sai Ua (northern Thai sausage), crispy pork crackers, local snacks, and handicrafts.

July to October (Low season): is the low season, characterized by higher temperatures and more frequent rain.
